Milling type rollers: Milling type rollers rely on their own weight in the operation of the static pressure compaction of materials, divided into glossy roller type and tyre type two kinds. The following matters should be noted in the use of roller:

1、When emergency braking during operation or travelling, the main clutch pedal must be stepped down to cut off the power before stepping on the brake pedal, otherwise it is easy to damage the brake; when lifting, the brake pedal should be loosened first, and then loosen the main clutch collapsing plate to resume travelling.

2、For the roller with differential locking device, the differential locking device should be placed in the differential position during normal operation to facilitate the steering of the machine and avoid damaging the road surface; when the machine is caught in a mud pit or there are large stones blocking the rear wheels to make the rear wheels slip, the differential locking device can be placed in the locked position to help the machine overcome the rear wheels slipping and over the obstacles.

3, uphill before shifting gear change must stop, downhill should hang low gear.

4, high-speed driving is strictly prohibited when turning sharply.

5、When several rollers work together, the distance between them should be more than 3m to avoid collision or steering difficulties.

6, should avoid long-distance travelling; the need for long-distance transfer, should be transported by other vehicles.
